Prof. Gian-Marco Rignanese from University of Leuven Visited CNIC

Prof. Gian-Marco Rignanese from University of Leuven, the Kingdom of Belgium visited the Computer Network Information Center (CNIC) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences on 12th June. He made a presentation entitled “A High-Throughput Computational Search for New Transparent Conducting Oxides and New Thermoelectrics” and had an in-depth discussion with relevant researchers and graduate students of CNIC.

During the presentation, Prof. Gian-Marco Rignanese introduced the potential of such high-throughput calculations for searching for new high-performance transparent conducting oxides (TCOs) and thermoelectrics.
