On October 18, 2025, the 6th China Internet Resource Conference was successfully held in Beijing. Focusing on high-quality development in the domain name industry, this annual conference brought together a wide range of domain name industry experts, representatives from international organizations, and nonprofit associations.

Dr. Li Jingjing, Director of CSTCloud at the Computer Network Information Center, CAS, discussed a trustworthy system for next-generation intelligent recursive service delivery. Mr. Li pointed out various risks affecting recursive resolution today, such as reliability issues and ongoing network attacks. To effectively counter these threats, he suggested a closed-loop framework based on key technologies like server discovery, risk assessment, and malicious domain detection. This framework creates an integrated “Monitor - Analyze - Mitigate” process to systematically improve the sustainability and reliability of recursive services. 

Mr. Li expressed his enthusiasm for openly collaborating with relevant institutions to jointly develop and implement this next-generation, trusted, intelligent, recursive service system, thereby strengthening a more secure and reliable internet infrastructure.
