Prof. Zhou Yuanchun was born in Jiangxi in 1975, Ph.D. he is a senior member of China computer society, a member of big data special committee, assistant to director of computer network information center of Chinese Academy of Sciences, chairman of degree evaluation committee, researcher, doctoral supervisor of computer network information center of Chinese Academy of Sciences, director of big data technology and application development department, special researcher of Chinese Academy of Sciences, secretary General of National Council of local joint engineering laboratories for big data analysis and computing technology, chief scientist of Beijing Engineering Laboratory of big data application service technology, a member of Expert Committee of China big data industry ecological alliance, part-time MBA instructor of Business School of Nanjing University, and technical chief of "big data of tobacco research" major project of State Tobacco Monopoly Administration.
